Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Holystic Wellness. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used wellness products
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@holysticwellness.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
